Shipping Policy

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to process. Shipping time is not included in order processing time (Monday-Friday)

Turnaround

All orders are shipped after processing is done within 72 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

USPS

Order Tracking

USPS provides a tracking number which will be updated once your order is processed and shipped. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Makeup Scientist is NOT responsible for any lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Once your order confirms "DELIVERED" in the tracking number status with the address that was used for your order, we are no longer responsible for any lost or stolen package. Please contact USPS  Customer support with your tracking number and file a lost/stolen claim.
